Help and Hope Counseling, PLLC is a health institution located at 100 South 7th Street in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Our team of experienced professionals offers TeleHealth and In-Person appointments Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability in Sierra Vista. Led by Clinical Director and Supervisor Robert Dale Labrum, LPC, our dedicated staff is committed to putting HOPE back into your life.

Our services include trauma treatment using various approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Image Transformation Therapy (ImTT), and CBT Talk Therapy. We specialize in working with children and adults dealing with ADHD, providing support for parents and teachers to better understand and assist those with ADHD.
