"Ms.DeeDee, Melinda, Jen and Moriah are the best. I visited a different location and it just didn’t sit right with me. I came to visit this location and from the start it felt like a second home for my kids. They are warm and welcoming. Any concern that a rise from the kids due to illness they voice their concerns. Being an instant mom was hard but this location has made it easier for me. Thank you ladies!"

"I could not have asked for a better care of my granddaughter than tutor time! Ms. Melinda is so caring in the infant room. My granddaughter smiles every time she sees her. Ms. Deedee who is the director there is also amazing and all of the changes she has made. This is one of the best decisions ever and my mind is at ease knowing she is well cared for"

"Tutor Time Brill location I would AVOID at all costs. They have teachers from every class sitting down in their phones, not watching the kids. Martha at front desk demonstrates she does not any concern or worry when a parent bring up the many issues at this location . MANAGER is never there. They have kids enrolled that are the teachers kids who are biting other kids and do absolutely Nothing about it . They give out the wrong information when it comes to paying fees and other information. They are mixing the OLDER kids when the 1 year olds and all they have to say is “ we don’t have any teachers” “ there’s nothing we can do “ when the older kids are spitting in the younger kids faces. Pushing them around , taking things away from their hands . My sons always coming home with different bruises and scratches and no incident reports are made. They have teachers watching the younger ones when they aren’t allowed to or just stand around and do nothing . The kitchen and storage is always dirty. They needs to get on top of her employees , this is not acceptable! They don’t understand daycare is the last thing we want for our kids and show no respect to the parents or kids."

"I worked here Oct 2019 - Mar 2020 and at first it was good until I got put into a room with next to no training because none of the other teachers wanted that room because "all the bad kids are in there". Some of the kids were difficult and whenever I had one acting out and if I would call up to ask for help, they'd tell me to figure it out. I had one kid jump on my back and his knee hit me directly in my spine, and still had to wait 2 hours before I could go get it checked out. And then I would get in trouble for things not getting done because no one showed me what I was supposed to be doing. The curriculum is a joke. The assistant director at the time would bring me my kiddos in the morning and as she was walking out just casually say "oh your child got bit again" and leave and I had to just sit there sitting about him. Come to find out he had been bitten 5 times and no one saw anything!!! My son who was still in a diaper would get brought to me after he was dropped off by the school bus, and left with me regardless if his diaper was soiled or not and I wasn't in a room with a changing table.... My son was diagnosed with autism a year and a half later which explained why he was delayed. The director was really nice and she was beyond understanding that I had a child with medical and developmental issues. Would not recommend to anyone..."
