My sister also goes to the methadone clinic in SV. The NP would have easily seen that had she looked up my sister's records. She told my sister to sign up at Community Bridges and she would continue to prescribe her Ativan. My sister does not take them as prescribed she pops them like candy All well and good sis went to her follow-up appointment and was prescribed more Ativan. Next thing we know, she's at Benson hospital ER being treated for an 'accidental' overdose! This could have been prevented by a little bot of research."
