"I was here for almost a year. They dont keep in contact with you, dont tell you when you have appointments and they are so unorganzied that they dont even know when you haven an appointment either. I've showed up to my appointment being cancelled and them not telling me, so I went to Nogales for no reason. Also they had put this new policy in place that if you were 15 minutes late your appointment would be cancelled, yet when I got there early sometimes I could be waiting there 30 minutes to an hour, They really don't care. I have severe issues that have to be monitored and i really need therapy but they would cancel on me so much that I was lucky if I got an appointment every three weeks. Once they even blamed me for missing so many appointments and told me I wasn't compliant to their rules. Sorry, but I'm a patient and if I need help I'm going to ask for help, if you're doing something wrong it isn't my fault. I switched to CHA and they aren't great but they aren't this bad. I need to get out of this town. No one cares about mental health"
