"This Review is strictly for the business office. I have nothing bad to say about the staff and the ER doctors or the radiology department. The business office refuses to accept a payment from my insurance company, and they refuse to talk to the insurance company themselves. I have been going there off and on for five years and their business/billing department needs to get a clue. I spent three hours on the phone this morning between them and my insurance company my insurance company claiming they paid the business office claiming they didn’t and refusing to call the insurance company when asked to by my insurance company, to resolve the matter and prove the facts, having a good staff doesn’t mean anything when you have to deal with the business office."

"My first time going here because our school nurse just recommended me to go to the hospital. I didn't have any idea what hospital to go to, so we just went to this hospital because I felt dizzy and my Blood pressure was too high. I just stayed for an hour; they monitored my blood pressure, got a blood sample, gave me 30 tablets of amlodipine, and went home to rest after a couple of weeks, I just knew my bill, and it was too much, 5000$ Wow, that's a lot, I am not rich that's why I sacrifice everything to work here abroad. My insurance plan doesn't cover it because it's a pre-existing condition. Well, that's my first time going to the hospital. Please help me with my bill; it's too much"

"The worst hospital everrrrrr they miss treat you they attended my sister in the worst care ever a hospital is supposed to care about u not miss treat you THE WORST EVER! I feel bad for any person that goes there and that has gotten treated like that!"

"My family member was at hospital a few weeks ago and was taken care if by a nurse Martha Reyes and let me tell u worst nurse ever I mean I know she is a new nurse but she is horrible she miss treated my family member and has already horrible reviews from another place she works at. I will never go there again or take my family or friends. She should not be a nurse."

"This hospital is a joke, feels like a ghetto hospital where you are left to die in there…staff is not attentive to patients, completely ignores them, left for hours with no updates. Staff is just chatting away and on there phones at their nurses stations. Incredible to believe - How is this Hospital still open? Feels dirty, and smells dirty, sticky floors, make sure to use sanitizer always when touch stuff around there. If you have time to drive to Tucson or Sahuarita do it! Don’t waste your valuable precious life saving time here because you will pay with your life!!! Be warned!"
