We were dealing with an emergency and I was able to get an appointment as a new patient within 24 hours of calling. Lori gave us so much time and attention, and saw all my child’s needs. She gave him such exceptional care, and even helped to make sure that we could get ahold of the medication that she was suggesting by finding a pharmacy that would accept our insurance. The facility is also conveniently located for Vail residents, lovely and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. I am so glad to have these lovely folks taking care of my family.
