"The Staff was young and seemed to be lethargic. Many of the attractions are closed and or not working. Seen a child get sick in a walkway and it took forever for someone to clean it up. The concession stand was not appealing and many of what was advertised was either out of order or not available. The attractions that were available to utilize were fun and enjoyable....most definitely a workout for sure."

"I was hoping because it was a little further from Phoenix that it would be cleaner, bigger but it was not. Lots of the areas were taped off. Bathroom was deplorable which what’s the point of socks if people are walking in and out of the restrooms with them on and further contaminating the play soft surfaces? If you have littles to bring with you, they do NOT have a changing table available. The reason for the 2 stars is that the young man at the front was very helpful so I have to give them credit for customer service."

"Unfortunately I will no longer support this establishment. I take my kids ALL the time. Well this time we were in the park maybe 15 minutes and my youngest son got a bad headache to the point of tears. I asked for a refund or a pass equivalent to what I paid to come back because my son wouldn't be able to enjoy himself. I was told no refunds would be issued and they would give me 1 basic pass to come back when I paid for 2 ultimate passes. So they basically forced me to stay, so I didn't waste my money. I will not be back!"

"Disappointed is all I can say. They removed much of the seating and all of the tvs they used to have for the adults, different attractions were either not working or defective, the bathrooms were in disrepair with stall doors that anyone could not only look through, but open any time they wanted as the makeshift locks installed had absolutely no point to them. I used to have a membership for four of my kids there, I won't return to this location again."

"Great place if you’re looking for somewhere to go have fun or throw a birthday party. They have private rooms for parties, and believe me if you are the parents, take my word for it the AC works a lot better in there…"
