"Dugan is great, the office staff are NOT. Very seriously considering finding a new provider after being with Dugan for a long time because the staff are so difficult to work with. EDIT: When I've already previously confirmed the appointment, I have posted photo proof of this in your public photos, then your staff calls me FOUR times in a row then immediately texts me that they're canceling my appointment that I've already confirmed because I didn't answer IN THE MIDDLE OF A WORK DAY when I cannot answer, that's unprofessional and absolutely NOT ok. It's pretty sad that my review of your OFFICE STAFF, not my provider, would have me disbarred from care. Nobody is allowed to speak out when your staff does something they shouldn't? Seems pretty tyrannical to me, but ok."
