"Terrible, unprofessional service. It’s been 10 days that I saw Dr. Mukesh. So far not a summary of my visit. They prescribed me also for a calcium test, cholesterol numbers very high, heart attack risk, still waiting for the information to schedule. So so unprofessional. An employee called Christian says to me when I checked out wait for my call… crickets… Now I’ve just spoke with Lupita (scheduler), I’m waiting for Marielis George email (not call please). I’m busy too, not with the phone on my hand all the time."
"Normally appointments run on time but today was running 30 minutes behind. Could have been due to the additional winter visitor appointments during this time of year. At any point, always friendly and professional doctors/staff."

"2/2/24: Had an echocardiogram today. Check in was quick, only waited about 5 minutes before I was called back. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly."
"The care I receive is excellent! However, the waiting room is a place to totally avoid. It's jam-packed crowded. I worry every time I'm there I will come down with something like RSV or, now COVID! Perhaps you might consider a larger space to handle your patient load better. On top of that, your check in and check out staff need much training in customer service. Putting a smile on their faces would help a lot. I almost had to argue with the young boy who checked me out today for a follow-up appointment. As I said, once you get beyond the waiting room environment, things get much better. I'm a big fan of Dr. Reddy! Maybe it's time for a bigger office Thank you. Michael Norvelle O"
