I have always been treated professionally and friendly by everyone in his office. I never have a problem with scheduling my appts or billing. Dr. Asokan is very caring and very througho. "If I could give negative stars, I would. By far the worst doctor, (Dr.Asokan) I have ever dealt with! Both Dr. and wife unprofessional, disrespectful and very rude. To make matters even worse, they also have another relative working at the Kingman office. That treats patients with the same exact unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude temperament. I’m certain that the way Dr. Asokan and his wife treat the patients so terribly is THE reason they are going out of business. Not too long before the Kingman location is shut down for the same."

"We came into the office. They insisted we pay in front even after we had contacted the insurance company and they approved the visits to the allergy clinic. I checked today and the office had not bothered to contact the insurance company for any payment according to the office personnel. It has been over 6 weeks since the first visit. No action other than empty pockets on our side of the ledger."
