"If I could give zero stars I would, I honestly question how this dentist is still in business. At first, it was about a 2 month battle of getting them to even put in a pre authorization for a tooth extraction to my insurance, I was repeatedly told it was put it in but it never was until last minute. Then, I came to find out about a month later, I found out there were SEVERAL cavaties the dentist failed to fill or just straight up ignored them. I already had 3 fillings from them, about 2-3 weeks prior of me discovering the other cavities. so I don't understand how you don't continue to do the rest, and they didn't INFORM me of those other cavities. Awful service and awful doctor would not recommend it!!"

"High Desert has been a great new dental provider for myself and my family. Candice has been great to work with for my deep cleanings. Tammy and Faith in the front office are equally as great, they worked with me to reschedule an appointment when I wasn't able to make it. As if were no issue at all. Highly recommended staff!!!"

"Apparently if you ask questions of the staff you are talking down to them and they will not treat you. I waited 17 days for a procedure to fix my denture. When I arrived for my apt. I was told they couldn't find the right o rings for my plate. 17 days prior I informed them that I had obtained the o rings myself. Then they told me my insurance won't cover the work. They are usually too busy to answer the phone, and a return call takes several days. Mostly concerned with office protocol not patient well being."
