Under the Eaves Inn at Zion National Park

"This is probably the best place to stay near zion np- clean, central location near great breakfast places- walking distance to shuttle and literally right outside the entrance to the park. The prices for accommodations here are fantastic, and the property has lovely outside areas to sit and relax. No one bothers you and it is quiet at night. Absolutely loved it and am recommending it to family and friends."

"Under the Eaves is one of the most adorable places! Mark and Joe were great hosts. They were always so helpful:) Everything we needed was in walking distance. The room was clean and creative and every detail was well thought out. I highly recommend staying here and will certainly go back for another visit!!"

"My partner and I stayed in room 6 (the hikers’ room), which is in the basement of one of the buildings on site. We absolutely loved it here and would love to stay again! The beds were very comfortable, with high-quality bedding. We loved eating dinners out in the back garden - the views of Zion were incredible. It’s very convenient to walk to shops for gear rentals, laundry facilities and cafes and restaurants, and the visitor centre is only a few minutes’ drive up the road. Even in the heat of summer, the air conditioning worked like a breeze. The common room has everything you need for a hiking trip — a nice coffee machine, a giant refrigerator to keep meals cool, even walking sticks and insect repellent to help out on the trails. This was such a nice touch and really helpful after a few days on the road! The only downside to this particular room is that you are at the mercy of other guests. We could easily hear the footsteps in the room above us — it may have been they were particularly heavy-footed guests! And because the common room is right outside, we were kept up the first night by people talking. However, with a decent set of earplugs / and/or a very exhausted body, this barely registers."

"Very comfortable, quiet , restful place to stay in spring dale. Perfect for our needs! We stayed in the sandstone suite (#8) which had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Kitchen was AWESOME, well stocked with all the dishes/pots and pans etc for cooking. Excellent hosts, very responsive, went above and beyond! Breakfast at Oscar’s was so great, it was nice to have from 8-11 timeframe, we ended up doing a morning hike early and got back in time for a late breakfast/early lunch"

"Our whole family (11 of us!) stayed at Under the Eaves for nearly a week in December 2022. It was exceptional! The location was incredible with outstanding canyon views. Under the Eaves is a historic property with modern amenities, which beats the pants off a typical hotel room. The hosts were friendly and warm...they treated us like family! We recommend this inn to anyone looking for an exceptional experience just outside the gates of stunning Zion National Park. You won't be disappointed!"
