"I paid 750 dollars cash (per his demand) for a psych eval. He wrote the most derogatory, judgemental, negative report to the point of assassination of character. Then wrote that I could possibly have several different disorders. See this doctor if you wish to be further victimized and judged. He acts really nice with a Christian plaque on his wall so you won't be ready for what is coming!"
