"Makes you wait 2 or 3 hours in the waiting room. I was waiting one time my appointment was for 11 didn't get in there till 1:30. I won't ever see him again I don't care what other people think how good he is."

"My mother had an appointment in kingman at 10:00am called us the day before to reschedule at 7:00am then called us again the stating another patient wants the 7:00am appointment to stick to her 10:00am appointment then stated it was at 10:30 ? Showed up to her appointment, office staff was HORRIBLE. NOT ONE GREETING. Waiting room reeked like cigarettes, receptionist caught an attitude when asked if she can spray the room with either fabreeze or disinfected spray. Receptionists where not presentable at all, one had no teeth hair looked like a birds nest and scabs all over her arms the other one did not bother to acknowledge either myself or mother and when asked a question her response was “call the hospital to figure it out” slurring her words as if she was under the influence. Disgusting place would not recommend to anyone !! One star is too good to even rate that place."

"Going to the office be prepared to wait between 1 to 2 hrs. The receptionist is rude. Not sure what they do except confused people. I was told to come back in two weeks for testing results. Funny thing is I never had any testing done. Called office for 2 weeks straight and couldn't get a straight answer from them I would not recommend this office for anyone. This is after the doctor told me I needed surgery and he'd have to send me to someone more qualified. Never got the name."

"Made an appointment for 5:30. Dr office called and complained that appointment was after hours. Explained that they made the appointment. It is now 6:20 and still have 2 patients ahead of me. When I tried to speak to the receptionist she looked at her computer screen and ignored me completely. Needless to say I will be requesting a transfer to another Dr. Very rude and unprofessional staff and this is only my 2nd Dr appointment here. Staff has been rude each time I have spoke with them on the phone and very rude on the phone in general."
