"I have gone to this urgent Care twice. Once with my pregnant daughter and once for myself. Each time I went the staff listened and took time to get to know why we were there and understood how worried we were. The doctors were just as great. They sat and let us tell them why we came and answered all our questions and concerns . I will be coming back to find a place where you feel comfortable with staff is a miracle. 100 percent would tell anyone to go here."
"I took my 76 y/o father to KRMC urgent care for right ear and face pain x 3 days. The NP looked into his ears and told him he had compacted wax and couldn’t see the ear drum. He asked him if he had a cough, runny nose, sore throat, chills, fever in which he answered “no” to. (Other than his usual chronic cough from COPD) He then looked into his mouth and told him he had “exudate” in his throat and that he had “strep throat” (excuse me? Are you serious?) he then told him he had an upper respiratory infection and he could not flush his ears bc it would burst his ear drums that there was fluid behind his ear drums. Needless to say my father refused the strep test deeming it unnecessary and just asked for some antibiotic ear drops. The NP told him no because he can’t see his ear drum due to the wax and to take over the counter ibuprofen, Tylenol, and ear wax thinning drops. First of all how typical is it for a 76 y/o man with no fever, sore throat, runny nose, etc. to have strep throat? And if he can’t see the ear drum due to wax how is he determining he has an upper respiratory infection or that the ear drum will perforate? So now my father is going to have a pay his Medicare premium for a visit that he got nothing out of and a diagnosis that is not evidence based. This was our first and last visit to KRMC. How disappointing."
"Nurses were wonderful. Office staff was ok made me go to separate building for a itemized bill don't understand why they can't just print it there. Doctor rushed me through and kept cutting me off when I speak and only barely to answer questions. If you need someone trustworthy best to find a different doctor somewhere else."
"Horrible place. First, ALL the new people in Kingman go here. So you're gonna wait 2 hours to be seen cause Californians won't stop flocking. They keep the lobby at 40⁰ regardless of whether it's cold outside or not. I was waiting over an hour and only left after they started calling other patients back that showed up after I did. 20 minutes between getting patients back. Not to mention, they have masks for a fake disease, but they don't have tissues out for real boogers. 0/5 will never return."
"We need a better urgent care in town that isn't super slow. If I wanted to wait like I was in the ER I would've went there. I've counted 8 patients leaving and they only called 2 patients back.... Extremely ridiculous. It wouldn't be so bad if they'd call patients back quicker than what they're doing...."
