"My experience was great . All staff treated me with respect and provided medical services to me in a highly professional manner and expertise. Very pleased in the timely manner in which my visit was done . 5 stars keep it this way!! Thank you"
"All staff from 1st floor up professional courteous and very helpful! What a pleasurable experience. Staff took time we didn't feel rushed and they listened."
"Yay I'm not ever going to see this Dr again he's not good at all. I gave him a try for a few months and he's very unprofessional talking about other Drs saying bad things about them or he is just guessing but doesn't really know anything about these Drs he's feels the need to say such things & it's in front of his patients??! Really?! No bedside manners at all, he acts like he cares for you but it's fake. He doesn't want you taking medications that you have to have for your medical health. If you don't have any medical issues then maybe he'll be so-so with you but that's a huge maybe. I do not recommend Dr Bishop to anyone and he needs to go back to medical school and learn some manners & how to be a professional Dr! I understand that he's new but I've given all that I can to deal with him and I'm over it! He's not going to be my PCP anymore because if I ask a question like I just had a nasty round of COVID which I'm now having some major breathing issues, circulation issues, I can't feel my toes they're always cold numb feeling like I'm being stabbed all day/night in my toes and all he could do & say was shrug his shoulders & say I DON'T KNOW?? Like are you for real Dr Bishop??? You have said this too many times now & have done NOTHING to help me or to figure it out other than I don't know what kind of Dr does that?? Differently NOT a good Dr but a Dr that doesn't care about you. Yes he might listen to you the 1st time around & after that all you get is a very unprofessional Dr who doesn't seem to care enough about you to figure out what's causing whatever issue you're dealing with. In all my years working in the medical field I have never seen a Dr treat his patients like this ever! I wish I had done some research on him because if I had them I NEVER would've had him be my PCP. My family & friends have also seen him & the same issues so we've all bounced far away from this Dr as possible. He doesn't have any right to bad mouth any Drs in front of you nor does he have a right to do what he's doing. All the 5* reviews ya I doubt they're from actual PTS and if they are then they don't have any serious health issues. This Dr can't even decide for himself if he's going to continue with your medical health meds unless another Dr of yours says it's ok. He really needs not only a sensitivity training but he needs to get some better bedside manners too! For a new Dr I'm totally shocked how he acts in front of his PTS and how bad his bedside manners are. You know that wouldn't bother me as much if he was at least a good Dr then I could deal with the bad manners. If you like him then great I'm glad you got a Dr who actually helps you but if you have any health issues you won't be happy with him. He has a habit of telling you 1 thing & doing a whole other thing behind your back. I'd give him a negative stars if it was possible but unfortunately it's not. I'm done playing games with my health issues with a Dr who doesn't care about me. He also starts messing around with your meds too. Some of those are for life once you start them but he doesn't seem to care he does whatever he wants to behind your back. Everyone I know who had switched to Dr Bishop have all left this office because of how terrible he treats PTS & found Drs who actually want to help. I'm probably going to go to PHX or San Diego for all of my Drs because they all seem to have better Drs. Sad really because the new place is nice the MAs & other staff are great even the person who draws blood is great but I can't say the same for this Dr. I mean everyone can form their own opinion on how he is but I won't be back. Also he says to see him in whatever time except for you can never get in to see him or your double booked & wait forever. Ya nope not going to work out anymore. Sorry YRMC you have some bad Drs & there's other staff too that work there and in Yuma. I worked in the hospital here for my contact & I enjoyed it a lot. I learned a lot & had fun doing so. I loved almost all of my coworkers and most of the Drs are great but you have some bad apples in your mix."
"It was my first visit with Dr. Bishop and I threw a lot at him; I was pleased to find that he took the time to gain a thorough understanding by interviewing me for a large portion of the visit and then developing a plan to address the reasons for my visit. Although I've only had one visit thus far, the experience was a good one."
