"I applied for the spinal cord stimulator better than 6 months ago. The doctors still have not contacted my insurance company to have it approved. I went through the entire process of having my mental health approved etc. Now my insurance company is having me repeat everything at my cost since they paid for it once. I had a nurse tell me that since there's never a doctor in the office I should just go somewhere else to have it done. When you call in the person answering the phones are so rude and short with you. The office manager is beyond rude and nasty with you if you call in and have a problem. God forbid if you should leave a message for the office manager you won't get your phone call returned for 2 to 3 days. At least that's been my experience. I see my doctor now the last four times by facetime. He talks to me for 2 to 3 minutes, I get such a short visit with him because he's always driving in traffic he says. In addition it's illegal for him to prescribe narcotics without seeing me in person. The nurses are horribly rude and short with you. I've been seeing them for almost 5 years and this has been my experiences since my doctor passed away almost a year ago there. Since my doctor passed away the place is just went to the dogs. I would strongly suggest for no one to waste their time going to this office. I found a new doctor's office in Needles and my first appointment with them is on the 2nd and I keep my fingers crossed that I'm very happy with them they come with very high reviews. If you work early with them good luck to you."
"I left Tri-State although I had been one of the original patients. The new doctor was rude and abusive. He made accusations and did not give me time to respond. When I saw him previously, he was adamant about giving me injections. I have tried them several times and they did nothing for me. They were also painful. Now this doctor states he will not renew my pain prescriptions.. If I do not take my pills as directed, my blood pressure goes sky high. If I go cold turkey as he is insisting, It will be enough to cause a stroke and probably kill me. I'm sure he knows what the result of such an attempt would be. If he doesn't he should not be a doctor. I also needed to make an appointment. You get a message to leave your name and number and they will call you back. After several unsuccessful days, I drove there and make an appointment. I takes me 1/2 hr. to drive each way. I am 82 yrs old with chronic pain. I don't need this."
"Ive been going there since 2018. I complied with all there wishes, never had a dirty urine test. On SSI since 2009, 15yrs to get oroper diagnosis and medication that worked. I had a team of drs before moving to AZ. I had been a patient of Dr Venger. I went for my monthly appt and a new doc looked ar my sheet, saw my medication, and said he wasnt comfortable prescribing my current methadone amount. So he completely cut me off with no substitute or weaning. Tough luck 70yr old woman who spent over 20 yrs with a team of specialists to give you back a limited life. Id never met him, he didnt read my chart, said he was an expert on methadone and he wouldnt prescribe the amount. Never offered any other amount, different drug, nothing. Go out into the woods old woman, to your bed and straight into withdrawal.I'm your new lord, am done with you - dismissed! I thought this was illegal Others have said it's the new owners. Ive always felt like a lesser class citizen there, like a criminal or junkie. Some of the staff are friendly but you feel they're all withholding info. ive just discovered I had other choices for opiate control and am seeking them out."
