"My experience was great. Everyone was great and like always treated me with great respect and compassion. I, even though it was a shoulder replacement, oops, at 78 my thought ran away. Seriously I'm happy and content. Thank you."
"The nurse that was assisting my dad was rude and has no compassion. My dad suffers with chronic back pain due to the chemo he takes for his leukemia. The nurse raised my dad in the bed and bent the bed without even asking and it went too far and my dad screamed in agony because of the pain he felt. The nurse just looked at him didn’t even apologize or ask if he needed any assistance and went on with her way. I found out that this was not the first time this nurse acts rudely and that complaints have already been issued, but I guess she either ain’t receiving feedback or she just doesn’t care. This is only one of the complaints out of many specially in the ER, but that’s another time. It’s coming to the point where I’d rather drive up to Phoenix and have my dad receive care over there instead of YRMC."
"I had a PROLIA injection, and the lady who did it was very considerate, and didn't have me wait for a few minutes after the injection, because, all my information was "the same as last time" and she knew that my daughter was waiting for me. She was very cordial and friendly, and I appreciated her."
"I was served quite promptly this time. I receive an injection for Crohn's disease and this was the second time I received it in Yuma. After I received my first injection in Dec., I was asked if I wanted to set up the next appointment. Of course, I said yes. The receptionist set the date for Feb. 3. When I went in on the third, the other receptionist told me I was too early...it had been only 7 weeks and I must wait 8 weeks. I had not paid any attention to how long it would be when the appointment was made. I was told the appointment had been moved to Feb. 10, but I was not notified of the change. It would have saved me a trip from the Foothills if the first receptionist had notified me of the change. Otherwise, the service has been excellent."
"All of the nurses were excellent! Some really put my injection in slow, and it didn't hurt at all! The wait was almost non-existent! The building is exceptional clean. A fantastic place if you need care!"
