"Christina and her team excelled with comprehensive and compassionate care. Excellence is typical at this facility"
"People are nice and very professional they care about the patient :)"
"I would like say thank you to Dr.Fundalewski and Dr.Edselito. They both have gone through my concerns and made sure I am getting the proper treatment I receive. Also would like to thank the MA Team for making sure I am fine and make feel comfortable prior to seeing the Dr's. Kudos to Estrella, Jazmin and Vanesa."
"I went into Yuma Regional Medical Center Family Medicine on W 24th street at around 3pm. I walked into the facility from a next door office because I had needed a mask for a prenatal apt but they had none available. I had left work in a rush and forgot a mask. When I walked in I let the office staff know I just needed a mask and I was 7 months pregnant. The woman was unkind and asked if I had an appointment there. I explained my situation that I didnt have an appointment but I would be so grateful if they could provide one mask. The staff member rolled her eyes and got up to talk to someone. Overwhelmed with humiliation, pregnancy hormones, and stress, I began to cry. She came back and told me masks were for patients only she WOULD NOT provide one. I began to sob and beg for a mask. Something I never pictured myself doing. Though I was not a patient at that moment I will be when I birth my 2nd child at YMRC. I pay into YMRC when I take my child to appointments at Yuma Pediatrics who are associated with the hospital. The office staff were so cold they just ignored me. Other bystanders in the lobby were asking the office staff in the lobby to please give me a mask. The office staff went against the mission of YMRC which is to provide compassionate and exceptional health care. A mask should not be held hostage from people in a moment of need. Even Walmart provides masks to people no questions asked. But a medical corporation wont do the same? In the field of helping others feel better, today I felt worse because of this staff and facility. Being pregnant in a post pandemic world is scary and just a little kindness would have been nice in a moment of need."
"Needed to be seen. Had a list of concerns. All addressed and discussed. Erin Murray is wonderful and very patient friendly. Highly recommend. Coming from an office in the last year to Erin was a smart change. I always felt like just another payment at the other office. Wouldn’t touch me except with a pen, yes pen. Thank you."
