"DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT AT SOUTHWEST FAMILY MEDICINE!! Pointed out on my last visit it is near impossible to get an appointment less then a week out. While the doctor claimed there are plenty of appointments available for walk in, the schedulers will only schedule those for emergencies. Why is a family practitioner holding appointments for emergencies. I can guarantee if you walk in with an emergency they will send you across the street to the hospital. I will be returning to work still injured never seeing my doctor after already visiting the emergency room. DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT HERE! Their staff is horrible, Doctors are disconnected from their own policies, and you will suffer waiting for an appointment 7 days or more. They have a large waiting room that used to be full of people. Now there is never anyone in it. This alone should tell you something."

"I've been going here for close to 30 years. I've seen a variety of doctors, and yes, some are not as good as others. Just like any other office. I see Corie Kelly and absolutely love her! There is a time limit sometimes because they are so busy. It's still a business."
