"The valet service is amazing with Zack and Vlad working there! Both of them are consistently hustling to get us in and out. They are both extremely personable. Zack even remembered my moms name (Rachel) every time she came to see my baby. It made her feel special and encouraged her to use their service. Great job Zack and Vlad!"

"Had an outpatient procedure go sideways. Ended up staying for a week. The nurses on 4C were fantastic. Very empathetic and understanding. I don't know how they do it, it's got to be a tough job. Dr. Okafor was great, he explained everything in great detail. The cafeteria was good too. Pork green chili tacos or shredded beef tacos! The valet parking was a plus. The valet was very courteous and friendly. We didn't want to be there but it was nice to have so many helpful people around. Update: had to stay on 2F this time. Great team. Everyone is so nice and kind. They all seem to really enjoy what they do, especially with such a hard job at times. The valet team are really nice and efficient too. Thank you all."

"Great surgery experience . The volunteers were kind and helpful . Every staff member was great . Special highlight for my intake nurse who was also training a student nurse that day - and was so thorough and communicative ! My IV was so smooth . Lastly , nurse Debbie post op treated me like gold !!! She was so patient during the tests they had to do in order to release me. She also explained every step to me . Plus she ensured I was warm in that cold room . She swaddled me like a burrito in those blankets and I truly appreciated it ! My only feedback is that I wish they called you with the surgery cost estimate sooner than the day before - for $ planning purposes ."

"My dad was in the hospital for a little over a month, unfortunately the parking lot at the hospital is joke so I would end up using the valet every day. I do want to give a shout out to Robbie! Each day he greeted me with a smile, and he was extremely professional! It was so nice to see a friendly face before walking in and out of the hospital. He definitely needs to be in a management position! He's uplifting with the crew as well! Kudos Robbie!!! You ROCK!!!"

"Spouse recently had major surgery for back pain. Very complicated as the doctor had to go in from the front and the back. Caged placed and she was up walking the same day. Physical therapist worked with her to develop some home exercises until she can begin pt on a regular basis. Overall nursing staff was warm and we elcoming. Very comfortable room actually. I slept on the recliner chair the entire time she was in the hospital. Meals were ad equate and a couple items were actually tasty. I ate in the cafeteria for breakfast but shared other meals with my spouse who was not too hungry. Housekeeping was friendly and non obtrusive."
