"From the time I arrived till the time I left the whole experience was frightening. Admitting kept wanting to know who told me to be there at 5:15 am. My nurse couldn't put my IVs in. It was very painful while she was trying to put them in. She did finally go get another nurse to do my blood draw. But she didn't check the IV in my left arm. When the 2 assisting nurse arrived they didn't check my IVs either. So the sedation medication was going into my tissue instead of my vein. My IV infiltrated. My nurses never discovered this, my husband did. He wanted to call the Dr. they refused. They wrapped a warm blanket around my arm and rushed me out the front door."

"Went to emergency with my son, today. I could not believe how great they treated my son!! Other hospitals ignored him, and just Said, well nothing we can do, bye! Ocotillo Banner, WAS AMAZING with him, they tested everything, to make sure his illness wasn't hiding anything serious. They didn't discriminate his age, or nothing! Dr Tim was amazing. Nurse Laura, knocked it out of the park with her care. Will definitely be coming back here in the future, if needed. Thank you so much for caring, so much!"

I wish I could name every single nurse that attended me directly and even the other nurses that didn’t but that would be the entire staff on this floor! Attitudes are so sweet and absolutely helpful! I would like to thank each and everyone of you for this scary moment and making welcoming our boy and transition to parenthood smooth! To the nurses that took care of me, thank you for going above and beyond for my needs and making sure im able to have a speedy recovery! To all the nursery staff that has helped over the course, thank you for the attention to our boy with the extra care he needed transitioning to land life! "I have no clue what we would have done if it wasn’t for the amazing staff of nurses, midwife’s, and doctors. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and most importantly our baby safe. "I understand that everyone has a different reason for coming into the ER and have different experience’s. I’ve read a lot of the reviews some good some bad. But I brought my wife in today. Yes we were here for about 4 hours but they took good care of her. People need to understand that it’s not a quick thing to come to an ER. Lindsey, Amber and Dr.Lewis we’re awesome, very friendly and helpful. Did all the tests needed to come to the conclusion of what was happening. Sent her pain free and with the information she needed to move forward. To make it easy if possible bring in a tablet or a book. They do have vending machines."
