"MUST READ HONEST REVIEW This hospital is completely out of order. I was a patient looking for help with now my ex wife who brought me in for a mental health breakdown. I was with my son and they actually removed my legal wife and kid from the room. Lined security up out front of ER room bed 7 and I simply asked them "Do you believe in God?" They said no and I told security I had the right to leave. They then said "Actually we can stop you." Then I tried yelling for my wife to come back in the room and they tackled me to the bed. Held my throat face neck and mouth to the bed with no nurses present. I could barely breathe so I spit in the man's face who was strangling me. Immediately they send it a different team. Cut my clothes bottom to top with scissors. Inject me in both thighs. Then when I wake up I ended up with 3.75 years prison time for assaulting the staff with spit while being strangled. I did serve my 4 year sentence and I'm out today proud that this nightmare is behind me. This was the exact location and same hospital that put me through this. My wife divorced me while I was in prison and my two kids call another man Dad. All due to the fact that hospital couldn't help me when I needed it. I'm sure everyone understands who reads this 1 star is being nice. NEVER COME TO THIS HOSPITAL."

"This is the rudest ER I've ever been to when i was sick they acted like I was an idiot i had covid and they were like well thats what covid is no compassion what so ever they then exposed me in the triage area for an EKG no privacy. Ignored me once I was in a room and to top it off I gave them my insurance info back in December they billed the wrong company and now almost March I have a 5000 balance. Although I've called multiple times and used the my chart app requesting I be contacted so the correct information for insurance is there for them to bill and still nothing has been done. Steer clear they are about to have legal ramifications for all of this this is not my fault it's there's and lack there of. Communication and due diligence is key and their responsibility NOT MINE I gave the the correct info! I have spent hours trying to speak to someone on the phone ect while I'm working to live! Worst health disorganization I've ever ever had the displeasure to deal with!"

"My stay at honor health deserves an amazing review. I’ve been in and out of hospitals, but this one was incredibly comfortable. The staff worked tirelessly as a team. The nurses went out of their way to accommodate. I didn’t feel I was in the hospital, but perhaps a retreat. Covid took me down in one day, this team on 4 E miraculously put me back together in 2 days. I met amazing people here. Never a bad attitude. Everyone there was educated and kind. Kudos to your team on 4 E. I was lucky to be in your benevolent care. Thanks , Sandra Opel"

"The facilities were great. The staff were friendly and competent. The process to check in was smooth and quick. They had volunteers who walked you from one space to the next so you didn’t get lost. The volunteers were also knowledgeable enough to answer your questions. The waiting room was pleasant. There was a delay on getting my surgery started, but that was the only negative thing in my whole experience. The surgery itself went very well."

"No one likes hospitals it Scottsdale Osborn is a pretty good one for the most part. They are overly busy and my wife should have been released earlier it I understand they have to be sure she is good to go home. The nurses, and doctors were all very nice snd professional and the related facility staff were all very friendly and helpful. I did have an issue with the cleanliness in her room. The room was clean but the computer keyboard in the room was disgusting. It’s something they don’t think to clean and sanitize it. The cafeteria was edible it not much more. They do have a limited Starbucks that was nice."
