"New frontier has been handling my father case. My father had his apportionment since 11/09/2023 at the consulate in Chihuahua. Since then I been calling constantly for new Frontier to filed the pardon the I212 application. I had initially started with the lawyer Christian that left the company. He had told me that everything would be filed within a week of when he pick up the case. I had been calling them for updates on the filing of the application and until recently in the beginning of March is when I was inform from a different lawyer Christina that she would take over the case. I was told by her that I would have to resend all document since she was new to the case. I was also advise that it would only take her 2 days for the application to file. I've been waiting for two weeks now and no updates. I would like to also add that when my mother started the case they were very punctual in calling her to collect payments but now that we need help communication is very poor."

"If I could give Zero stars, I would. They do not have a receptionist. They use a call center or something. People do not speak fluent English at all. No appointment reminders or communication regarding your appointment unless it was the first one to collect your payment. There was no explanation of the service unless you paid and were told in broken English that all would be explained at the first attorney appointment. I missed the call for my first appointment, and when I called back, I was told someone would reach out. No one did! I called again a few days later, speaking to someone who did not speak fluent English and was told a call was scheduled. So basically, you need to schedule a call to ask a question ⁉️ there is no other form of communication! The gentleman that I finally spoke to was rude and got me off the phone as soon as he could. I have called, and no one has returned my calls. I have emailed and there has been no response either. But they sure were quick to communicate with me to get my money. If they say they assist people worldwide, how will they communicate if no one speaks fluent English? How will anyone communicate? No office phone number, and the call center NEVER KNOWS ANYTHING! They answer the phone. Avoid the frustration unless you live in Phoenix and go to the office whenever you need something."

"So far really really not pleased and disappointed from new frontier law office. First, the turn around of employees is absolutely amazing, starting from the secretaries continues with the people that's actually handling the case , legal assistants etc. It's frustrating when every few weeks someone else is responsible to handle your case ,that leads to a bad service, not personal and just not professional since every time you need to talk to someone it appears like the whole information is new to him/her. They are not cheap as you are paying for their constant radio ads and you really not getting the service that's expected from paying top dollars for your immigration help. DO NOT RECOMMEND, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."
