"You have the right to get your labs the moment the clinic gets the results. You do not need to wait a week for a doctor to go over those results with you. Your rights are covered under HIPAA and the specific section related to access to medical records (45 CFR § 164.524). It means they need to supply it upon request. I waited a week for lab result review and am now waiting another week for a doctor to put in a request for an additional test for a different issue. I suspect it will be 2 weeks and then another 2 weeks after I get to schedule it. They don’t really care about solving why you are in pain. I was told to go to the ER and that doctor told me they shirked responsibility."
"Both myself and my wife were assigned to Chris Grassman on two different occasions and both times were terrible. Instead of addressing the issue, she tried to give my wife a shot for pain when there was an underlying issue that needed to be addressed. Don’t waste your time, Ive seen other reviews on her and I would trust them."
"I’m not from here so moving many states from where I was, was very jarring. And one of my biggest worries was finding good primary/ mental health care. But this place and the people in it make me feel calm, understood & very welcomed. Whenever I don’t understand something I ask and I get an answer immediately nine times outta ten. And being a transgender man, it’s even scarier. But I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I like it here. 10/10 -Liam (He/Him) 9/13/23"
