"Jayme C. Is an outstanding CT tech. I recently found out I have a tumor on my kidney and I had 2 Stat CT that were done by Jayme. She was so compassionate. She was close to ending her day on the second scan and she took me with a smile on her face. She is a number one employee in more than one way. Her kindness meant the world to me, as you can guess the word cancer has just shaken my world. Jayme thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism ❤️"

"March 5th arrived in ER @6:10 wasn't released for 4 1/2 hours. We were informed of shift change, yet it took until 7:52 before given pain medication. Twenty minutes later, still no relief at which point a gastric cocktail was given and Finally the pain begin to subside. The radiology crew was superb. As stated by the doctor who came on at shift change stated, "The cocktail told me the problem." Great! Medications should have been ordered and I should have been released. No, no, hooked me up to NS, 1/2 a liter 'for as fast as my body would take it.' An hour later, the bag had dropped maybe a 1/4". I asked why it was being given, "I guarantee I am Not dehydrated!" Ridiculous! I had enough and asked my partner to find someone to get everything off me so we could get home as we have a dog who was far past being let out (had a shi$%× clean-up job waiting for us). Never have I spent 4 1/2 hours in an ER! Being thorough is one thing. Knowing the problem and still keeping a patient another 1 1/2 hours, ridiculous!"

"Overall good experience the Dr was great and attentive and so was staff. One nurse stood out to me, He introduced himself to me as Hassan Sowid. Hassan took his time to listen to what i had to say and answered every question i had as best as he could. The Emergency room was very busy that day and he still went above and beyond with my care. Not only that when the Dr couldn't figure out what was going on with me he had an idea and ended up being right and most likely saved my life. The Dr was great but with staff like Mr. Sowid , I'm confident to return for my health care emergencies and needs."

"Can't say if this is localized to this ER, or the medical system as a whole, but I went there for my son and we never even made it past the room where other people came to grab their stuff off the printer. The tests that were run were not even related to my son's issue. We left without a single provider doing anything to help with his symptoms. I was told to wait it out. They charged more than $700 for tests. I assume they did some sort of testing, so I won't complain too much about that, but they charged another $2500 for "medical care". They did absolutely nothing but say my son didn't have covid or the flu, which again, was not the concern."

"I have been to this hospital a number of times over the years and I have been treated extremely well. The nursing staff in particular have always impressed me with their care and empathy. This last time was another surgery I had to have. Once again the nurses did a great job of looking after me. I can't speak to other's experiences but I am glad that Canyon Vista is in our community and will definitely use them again."
