"Asking way too much for landlord special rooms. They say renovated but their idea of newly renovated is new paint and 50 cent laminate flooring. This place is okay for a quick stay but honestly I feel bad for the people who live here full time."

"I just moved over here. I like the space, the rooms are ok, maybe a little more updated could be fine. Got a place with a TV and then found out no remote. We paid $50 for room with TV and then had to guy buy remote and batteries. Overall though it's pretty decent. Lost my dog if you see her let me know"

"It's really nice and quiet, the handicap rooms are really nice, it has a walk in shower for people that have trouble lifting their legs into a tub.... The workers there are really nice and the other tenants keep to themselves....."

"The room is actually quite nice at first glance with new flooring and a fresh coat of paint, decent appliances and furnished with a couch, dinner table, and a bed. The problem is that there's a bug infestation that I can't get ahold of including some bugs that bite me every night. It was the only place I could move into though because I have an eviction on my credit history."
