"I’ve shopped RH for over a decade and used their financing. The move to use TD Bank is the worst financing company I’ve EVER encountered in my life. Every month they screw up my bill and try to assess fees because their systems “glitch,” & I have to talk to managers to fix my account. The fact that RH uses such an unprofessional, money-grubbing bank that uses targeted con-artistry to make money off its customers leaves such a poor taste in my mouth that I don’t even want to return to one of your stores."

Kiana walked through and gave me information on all the sofas I had liked. She provided feedback on the various sofas. She emailed me info on just the pieces I was interested in. Also, they offer commission free design services, so one can work with whichever designer one likes. Look online to see prices-no question it’s a high quality expensive store. It’s not the place to go to find a cheap bargain…."
