"My husband took his truck there this morning to get the inside of the roof redone they did an ugly job to it broke his rear view mirror mount. Left black glue or tar all over the inner siding of the truck and seat will never go there again"

"We had a great experience. This company was referred to my by an upholstery supply company so I have them a chance. They replaced the inner cushions and padding for 5 cushions that belong to my sofa and loveseat. I went by the shop. I was given a quote. I was charged $60 per cushion. I felt that it was a great price because another company quoted me almost $1000 to do the same work. I paid half down to get the process going. They ordered the materials and told me I would be contacted once the materials came in. I received the call the next day. I dropped off the cushions at 9am and picked them up at 3:30 pm the same day. Our cushions are so firm. Before they would just collapse. My husband actually thought the sofa springs needed to be repaired because it was so low when he sat on them. It is like sitting on a new sofa. I'm glad that I trusted them with our family room sofa set. We are very satisfied. Thank you to the Hernandez family for providing great work and great customer service."

"I would not recommend this shop! Last week, my mom made arrangements with him which included transportation. He would be able to bring her home upon dropping her truck off and would also provide transportation to have her picked up and be taken to the upholstery shop when it was ready. He also said he would be there today at 7:00A.M. but didn't arrive until 8:00A.M., had us waiting there for an hour. None of the above happened with the exception that I was able to give my mom a ride home this morning. He also said that her truck would be ready by 300 P.M. He calls her at @ 4:00 P.M. to tell her that the truck is ready and that he can't provide transportation. My mom scrambling to get a ride because the shop closed at 5:30P.M. The quality of the work looked good but very poor customer service!"

"STAY AWAY!!! Took more than a month to do 2 panels and 2 visors. Door panels came out good but they don’t write information down so they know how you want it. Was a mission to explain on the phone. Then the cardboard in my visors were no good but instead of calling to tell me he wrapped them anyway. Then charged me to fix them. Did not even do then correctly. The cardboard is too long and now I can’t put them down without pulling them out on the other end."

"My grandmother wanted one cushion reupholstered so I took it for her. She wanted to support a small local business so she had me take it here. I’ve never had anything upholstered before but when I picked it up they had only changed the face of the cushion instead of the entire thing. When I picked it up I was fine with that part being replaced but they still charged me $55 plus a $5 debit card fee. I even provided all the material so they didn’t do anything but replace the face of the cushion although they seen the other parts had a hole..... for $60!!! They told me it would take about five days to get done and it took almost 2 weeks for a response because they don’t answer their phones. My grandmother was so upset that we were overcharged so much money. I called so many other upholstery places and drove by others nearby and was told that I was waaay over charged! We’re definitely not going here again!!! So you’ve been warned!! Definitely disputing this with my bank unless resolved!!"
