"My experience at this hospital was emotionally and mentally horrific. HIPAA laws were completely ignored. Since then, I cannot get administration to give me the time of day. I’ve left messages and no one returns my call. When I go over there to try and speak to an administrator, no one has ever available. They want me to make an appointment for a time that is not convenient for me. They have inconvenienced me enough, quite frankly. Looking for a good attorney."

"Very horrible customer service, their not for the people, they're only there for a check. The doctor never there or downstairs (but it's a one level hospital) half of the nurses don't know what they're doing. They're rude and need more education. I recommend no one to never ever go to this hospital. They treat everyone like they're drug addicts. When half of them that work there are real-live drug addicts currently. From doctor to nurses. This hospital need to be investigated and sued for the damages they caused or causing families."

"Great hospital, even though had to wait a bit still got great care from the nurses, X-ray and lab techs, very friendly Doctors (Dr. Barth) glad to have this place in this town instead of valley view where just get charged bogus amount of money for nothing, good job CRMC!!!!"

"We came here my daughter is very sick, waiting room was empty. I asked if we could wait in the car as after an hour and a half these horrible chairs she ended up laying on the floor.they took the next 3 people who came in first and let them have someone with them. When they called her back we were told I could not go back there was no room. She wanted me with her as she’s having trouble talking. Don’t think I have ever been to such a horrible place! This place has no compassion. So glad we are traveling through here and not depending on a place like this. I wouldn’t recommend them."
