"Zero Convenience of party booking at Gilbert location. All other locations are having good people to attend. The store employees are not friendly. Kids on counter impose themselves as managers when asked to talk to the manager about party booking. Managers never appear, visited 4 times on venue to check on speciific details on party as my guest counts were over 50 and most of then dietery restrictions and they dont server what we need to eat and dont allow me to bring it too. I callled their head office, they confirmed I can take it as long as it is in VIP or private room but employees on Gilbert venue bluntly state that customer care have no idea and dont kbow what they are saying even though I have call records. My friend celebrated her kid bday with same set of guest and I was there now suddenly they changed the policies. Urban air ahawatukee and peoria employees have no such issues and are welcoming to such cases but a lady in gilbert and her colleague who seems no idea of events impose as managers and says "I dont allow this in my place" does not matter what Urban Air representative said to me, this shows how much self centered they are and has been asked to treat their customers with no conditions even though its within the legal scope. Called around 10+ times, left voice message also to this store but none from Venue returns the call or respond over emails. They lady and guy pissed me off and have their names but will not share here as its their managers fault who dont have time to attend customers. Rate this venue for customer friendliness as negative and Rate Ahwatukee as 5 star the way greeted and explained everything. Sometimes good business makes people hot headed and rude towards customers. A big thumbs down to Gilber employees who attended me specifically and giving all unreasonable explanations."

"Wonderful place my 12 year old daughter and 9 year old son had wonderful time. Adults can hang out have beer at the bar/ food place.. very nice rides and places is clean n neat"

"We had a party for our son Dominic and it was amazing! So much do to, the kids were busy the whole time. Our party hostess, Shiloh, was the sweetest ever. She was always smiling even with 20 kids running around her and all wanting things from her. She was very attentive and I would request her again if I could! Thank you so much for all you did Shiloh!!"

"We had a birthday party here for a 6 year. There was about 20 kids and 25 adults. We set up our own sweets table. Ordered pizza and chicken tenders. Kids ran and played. Place is very clean. Adults gathered at the bar to watch sports and sat at picnic tables and visited. No pre or post clean up. Zoe was our party hostess with the mostest!"

"We've been members here for 4 months now (since it opened) and it's been such a great experience for the kids and us. With 4 kids, it's been a very cheap monthly expense to allow the kids to burn energy, and get a bunch of different games/activities to do! Plus, it's always fun as a dad to get to play laser tag and beat all the kids on the scoreboard, and in the go karts lol. It's fun watching the kids get better at all the obstacles and wall climbing (photos of wall climbing). One cool thing about the membership is the free pizza and snack you get each visit. They did a really great job with the place!"
