"This is the first time I have purchased an item at The Dump. I walked in having done some research online about what I wanted and what they had along those lines. Shortly after waking in I was greeted by a nice young lady who showed to what I was looking for then let me look around and make up my mind. She said I’ll be right over here if you have questions. When I was ready she answered my questions about warranties etc and I was done with my purchase in less than 1 hour. They deliver but I am picking up Wednesday at the warehouse 1.5 miles from the store. The warranty is for 5 years, covers the material, motor, and frame, for $89. If I don’t used the warranty in 5 years I get it back in store credit. I purchased a Kinetic Power Leather recliner. Very nice. Thank you Naomi for making my experience a good one. I think my mom is going to love it. I got the chair for $799, but I think it was an almost $2,000 chair. I feel better about my purchase than the one I was going to make online."
