"My experience with Ashley-- Tempe, Mesa & Gilbert, has been fantastic. My husband and I were looking for barstools over the past few months, and they were not bought until we went to Ashley's - but just to look! The deal was not only great, but the service was outstanding (not kidding!) we dealt with the 3 locations mentioned and bought from all 3. No pressure, just guidance. I don't know why we didn't consider Ashley earlier!"

"Wow! From the moment my family and I walked through the door of Ashley's Furniture store the hospitality began. We were greeted politely by a member of the sales team without any added pressure that salespeople can sometimes apply. We were shopping for a few kids' beds that we saw online but they were no longer in shock; well of course clearance items go fast. But to my surprise, the saleswoman showed me similar beds slightly higher-priced. She contacted her manager and he was willing to work with us and matched the online price of the clearance item, seeing that it was still posted. The pair we wanted to purchase were out of stock. She suggested that she could order them for us and have them shipped to our home which was perfectly acceptable for us. She was so helpful.
