Krazy Air Trampoline Park 4310 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215

"My daughter and I had a lot of fun here. We went when they opened and had the place to ourselves for an hour. Then we noticed the air conditioning was leaking over the trampolines so there was a huge wet spot. They put a cone over the wet spot but didn’t wipe it up or put anything under it, and it was still actively leaking. One side of the swing fell off completely, luckily my daughter was not on it when it happened. I put the carabiner back on and locked it, it was completely loose. It would be nice if they walked the area and checked these things before the start of the day. There were ripped foam balls. Eventually other parents showed up, including two parents with weird energy. They weren’t watching their own kids but were watching mine which made me uncomfortable after the 3rd or 4th time I noticed them staring at us. My daughter and I were having fun, laughing and jumping, actively avoiding other kids, and minding our own business. We’re both neurodivergent and she has a speech disorder. Guess that bothered them or something and we ended up leaving before our 2 hours was up because it was weird. When we went to leave their two very young children followed us to the front door and stood there staring at us. I put my daughter’s shoes on and their parents still did not come for them. I didn’t want them to try to follow us out the door so I told them to go find their parents. They then started wandering around the front lobby screaming mommy, daddy and the person who worked there walked down and ignored them and their parents never came by the time we left. I couldn’t believe there were parents there that cared more about someone else’s child and chatting with each other than watching their own children. We’ll be back because my daughter had fun in that first hour, but will be wary that there may be some rude parents there after 11am."

"We hosted a private high school event at Krazy Air. Management was terrific to work with and flexible the week of when we had a change of attendance. The students had a blast! We will definitely return and host another event here! Way to go Krazy Air!"

"We were invited to Krazy Air Trampoline Park for a birthday party. This place is huge and is probably the best trampoline park I've been to and we've been to quite a few across the East Valley. I will say the party room is a little small and too tight. They were cramming tons of people into the room for birthday parties and I felt like I was in everyone's bubble. But if you're looking to take your kid to an amazing trampoline park to have fun, this is the place."
