"Horrible customer service and experience with this place. Paid for a bed that they didn't have in stock and it's been 3 weeks with the same run around from their management. They don't check their reviews. They don't care about their customers after they get money from you. Beware of this place. I guess you get what you pay for. But please don't waste your time with this company trying to work with you on mistakes they have made. Very unsatisfied after spending almost 6k ."

"The customer service here was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I was approved for in store credit of 3600, they signed a contract with me, took my 1700.00 dollars called me the next morning and said they couldn't approve me that my information showed fraud! Told me that I would have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY AND DEFINATELY WITH THIS LOCATION! He is very knowledgeable in their products and a keen eye for interior design. We had an idea of what we wanted but not how to piece it all together so the flow just left one in awww.
