"Store Manager Katelyn Thomas, I went into the store looking for pillows. Katelyn shows me great pillows. I asked her these beds I saw there were on sales. She said yes let me show you 3 beds and you tell me which one you like and we will talk about cost later, she said that she wanted to make sure I got into a bed that felt good to me. So on we went. I found myself that I like the 3rd bed and she great let look. Well I got there at 10 am and left at 1 pm. With a new bed that I picked out. The customer service experience that I received from her told me alot about her. She carrying to my needs and no Pressure on selling me the bed. I wish more people were like her. I came back to buy sheets and 2 weeks I will return to get nice 2 pillows that I liked. Thank you Katelyn for your customer service experience."
