"Went as a group of 4 and haven't had this much fun in awhile. There are lots of rooms to choose from and they are all very different from each other so you didn't feel like you were just playing the same game on repeat. Laughed so hard my sides hurt at some of the shenanigans. The staff was really great and helpful if you get super stuck but never ruined it. Would absolutely recommend this to do with family or friends."

"I think the staff really made this place super special ! They were friendly, helpful & energetic. They cared about the customer experience so much. They also told us about the development of Bam Kazam which was extremely impressive!!! To think that a few guys who are friends put this fun place together really blew our minds. It is fun and frustrating and challenging and infuriating and rewarding and so on…..but if you can just keep trying and not give up you’ll have a blast !!!"

"Pretty good place to hang out for 2 hours and solve some quick escape rooms. You have literally minutes to figure out how to advance to the next level. I will tell you, there are very little clues to understanding at the beginning on what needs to be done. There are no instructions, so if you want a clue you're always welcome to ask the crew and they'll help. I did like that concept but what would make it so much better would be if they had SOME type of "riddle" to help figure out what objective is to "escape." We did have a good time and we weren't able to get through the last game. Staff was extremely helpful and really did enjoy our time there as a family!"

"Parents with smaller children BEWARE. My kids and I decided to go after seeing photos and reviews. We spent over 150 dollars on 4 tickets. I didn't have an issue with the price at the time because I was under the impression that our kids would have a blast. When we got there the staff was super nice and we were given the run down on how things worked. They sent us in to a "practice" room. We walked in and immediately failed because of course, we were not told "the floor is lava" I guess we were supposed to figure that out on our own. This room was in my opinion decent. After the first try it was a pretty straight forward room. You're probably thinking "what's the issue then?" Well its this. The website is very much geared towards kids but these rooms are not made for kids. You definitely need at least 3 adults for these rooms. Another MAJOR issue is none of these rooms have any instruction! Okay so yeah you can ask the staff for "tips" but if you go there on a busy day you have to leave the room and get in line several times just to get a good shot. I was expecting some kind of clues or a riddle of some sort but nothing. To give you an example, in the space ship room you first hit ready on the screen. It then tells you to hit certain buttons like L1 and V5. Seem simple enough The problem? None of the buttons are labeled! Very frustrating to say the least. To be fair this was the only room with an audible instruction. The rest of the rooms were empty vessels with some props here and there. You have to fail several times before you can go anywhere. My kids were extremely let down by the whole experience. They were near tears by the end of it. To each his own. Obviously there are people who love it. Just not for me or my kids."

"We went here for an entrepreneur retreat, and it was a blast as a bunch of adults! Great for teamwork / team-building, and just simply tapping into your inner child. We liked it so much that we came back again the next day to play more games! You could easily spend multiple days here and not get bored. There are eight total games now, with more on the way, and a restaurant and bar as well. Way better than any escape room that I’ve been to. And the staff is incredibly sweet and inviting and generous. Would definitely go back again next time we’re in Scottsdale!"
