They both had a wonderful sense of humor that put me at ease, and answered each of my questions with the knowledge and experience that comes from being exceptional at their jobs. Thanks to them I am less nervous, and very excited for this pregnancy!"

"I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Pelopida and her office staff. I was 32 weeks pregnant and had to switch Obgyn because of new insurance. I was very stressed but so glad I found their office. They made the switch so easy! Dr. Pelopida was so nice and listens to you and your wants and concerns. Her medical assistant Mckenzie (sorry if spelling is wrong) was always so nice. Rachel was great in assisting with insurance issues that we had. The lab in house was always so fast and on time for their draws. Everything and everyone was great. No more babies but will continue to see her as my Gyn."

"I don’t usually post reviews, but I have to for Cornerstone. Dr. Pelopida is the best OBGYN ever let alone in Arizona. She not only has your best interest for your health in mind, but your babies as well. Without her and her amazing staff, my son wouldn’t be where he is today. I will always recommend her and her staff, and I will never let anybody else deliver my children or be apart of my womanly health. I cannot stress enough how much I love this place and Dr. Pelopida and I highly recommend having her as your doctor for you and your babies. This is the best place to be for women’s health. We deserve the best kind of care and this is the place to go for it."

"I have never given a bad review for a clinic before. But this time is a must. I went there 2 times. For my second time I was prescribed a medicine. Usually at other clinics, prescriptions would be sent out to my pharmacy the same day, sometimes it takes longer like a day or two but I don't mind. I'm a very patient person. However, this clinic takes foreeeeeeverrrr to send out the prescription. In fact, it never did because it has been 3 weeks!!!! Everytime I called the person in charge is either not there, cannot get a hold of, or unavailable. That makes me start wondering if there is a medical assistant who works there at all. I was put a hold for a long time to receive the exact response every time. Oh you will have to wait and someone will call you. Why does she need to call me? I was there for the check up and the doctor already gave me a prescription...well talking to me is not gonna do anything. But if they like then they can call me anytime. However the thing is they never give me a call and they don't know when someone will be available to give me a call. And I'm here bleeding out without the medication to fix it. The last two times whoever answered the call was much nicer. This time the agent was mean and rude. It is their fault that they cannot fulfill the prescription and their promise to have it sent out. Yet, she keeps saying things like well she doesn't know when I asked what the problem was (I mean she could have given me an apology. It's crazy how it has been 3 weeks and someone who was supposed to know why had no idea how to fix it) and she kept saying bye byeeeeee to me (it wasn't even a proper goodbye. She kept saying bye byeeee) when I ask if there will be a solution or if you guys will do anything about this matter. That's extremely unprofessional coming from a medical clinic that is supposed to take care of women's health. Again I want to stress how untimely and unprofessional this clinic can be towards its patients. I will never set my foot here again. Extremely rude and incapable staff. I have seen similar reviews with the same experiences as mine. It seems that the staff I met is the same staff everyone else had the problem with. Don't be like us. Don't waste your time and money at a place when they take patients for granted. Please go somewhere else to have better treament. That's my advice for anyone who is looking for a serious place."
