"Registration staff were unprofessional, distracted and more interested in talking about the walking dead series than serving patients. We asked them to please turn down the TV because people couldn’t hear their names being called & everyone in the waiting area had to yell over the volume of the TV to be heard. We were told ‘no’ they need the volume that loud. Ridiculous!! Loud noises increase people’s anxiety. So we asked them to change the channel to a less obnoxious program & were told no again. More customer service training is needed here!!"

From the front desk, girls who had smiles on their face and were very attentive to all in the weighted room to the what I call a personal helper, who called me back, changed me out and walked me through everything to the radiology person that did my x-ray or my MRI, my appointment was at five and I was out by 515 rockstar team. Keep it up."

Large clean waiting room with some shade tree parking Beware Google maps might lead you to the banner child care facility which is just east of imaging center"
