"Terrible experience! I had X-rays and an MRI done at two separate locations. The employees were all very sweet and a pleasure to be around. Both experiences were excellent. My negative review is towards the billing department. The price for an MRI through insurance is over $2000 dollars making my portion 800 dollars. The cash price is $500 dollars. So its so important to start with the cash price and not even bother with using insurance unless its fully covered. Also, I requested an itemized statement in office and was told to contact the billing department. I called and requested one and was transferred to 6 different people. I finally asked for a direct number and have called them 3 separate times and they all claimed that I would receive an email in 36-48 hours. Which is a lie. I still have yet to receive anything. I am beyond frustrated with this company! If you have the option to go anywhere else I would! They couldn’t be worse than these scam artists!"
