"I attended a conference here in 2022 & 2023. The location and parking was easy to access and navigate. The grounds were well kept. The room was comfortable. Hotel staff had two main areas for our group: 1) an outside covered & air conditioned tent where we ate our meals; 2) interior rooms for our breakout sessions. The set up worked great for our group. And the staff were all helpful."

"I have stayed at The Scottsdale Plaza Resort many times over the years, one of my favorite resorts. The resort has three pools, each with a different vibe. I enjoy relaxing poolside and soaking up the sun. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with lush greenery, beautiful cacti, and palm trees. The rooms are clean and spacious, but some could use updating. The furniture and appliances are a bit worn. They have several room "types," and my favorite is the king villa, with the patio. The service has always been exceptional. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. They make me feel welcome every visit. They have a spa on site, but they never seem to have any massage openings when I have stayed there. Which is a bummer, I hope to get a massage on one of the visits. They have tennis courts, cornhole, ping pong, and other activities available. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Scottsdale."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at this property. Check-in was fast and very friendly. The bellman drove us to our room (we followed in our car) and helped us get our bags up the stairs and into the room. They offer golf cart service anywhere on the property, which is large. The room was average size , but more than enough for my friend and I for one night. The bathroom was very nice with the toilet/shower behind a separate door from the sink/vanity. This is helpful when 2 people are trying to get ready. Needs were very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Air con/heater is controlled by a thermostat and was very responsive. We used the mini fridge and it was cold. Overall we had a great stay and would use this hotel again. We did not use any of the many amenities of the property due to time constraints. The hotel is a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale and there isn't a lot within walking distance."

"Stayed here for a work trip and enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained. The pool at the front of the resort is a lot prettier than the ones by the villas. The food was great and we had excellent service. I would happily stay here again. I think this resort is a little older but its still nice. I didn't realize house keeping would come by every day.I left a few things out on the bed that were of value on my first day, I came back and nothing had been disturbed. Very pleased with the earnest of the staff!"
