"The experience at the site was uneventful except that the room in which I was to leave my clothes and valuables wouldn’t lock, so I had to take them into the area where the MRI was performed. However, the study was done on a Monday morning and was not interpreted until late that Friday, and only then because I had called (I am a physician) and insisted that it be done. I don’t consider that delay to be reasonable."

"Very professional, kind, and compassionate staff. They took me back for my MRI on time and courteously helped me get comfortably situated. I would definitely go there again if needed."

"I got a message that my appt was 30 minutes earlier than originally scheduled; “a scheduling mixup”. When I arrived on time per their new instructions, I was told “they are running behind” , 30 minutes. So the appointment is now the original time it was scheduled. No consideration of my schedule. Seriously? Now I’ve been told that they “accommodated” patients who arrived late! Who is on first in this organization? This is my first experience with SimonMed. Why 3 stars instead of one or 2? The young lady who helped me prepare for rhe MRI was very nice, professional and efficient! Only advice for her is to explain sounds etc during the MRI. I know but others may lot."

Full Body MRI's may save your life from the silent killers or at the least provide you with peace of mind knowing you are medically "good to go". Well worth the small investment of your time and money."

"Had an appointment for an MRI and X-ray yesterday. From the front desk to the technicians doing the scans, it was an exceptional experience. Everyone was very polite, courteous, and helpful in getting me in and out in a timely manner. I overheard another patient saying that someone from SimonMed had gone to the store to get him some club soda, so they could finish his scan. Sounds like above and beyond service me!! It was a great experience!!"
