"You would think if they did not have an imaging tech on staff, they would call and cancel appointments that require an imaging tech… instead, you show up and wait 10 minutes for someone to get out of the bathroom to tell you to go to a different location which does not have access to your appointment. And to top it all off being told there is a five minute wait and when you show up 12 minutes later, at the other location, there is a full waiting room."

"Have had good luck in past at this location but past two visits have been very delayed. I was over an hour late for an MRI this past visit and no one told me they were running behind when I checked in. After 30 min waiting, I inquired at desk and was told that they were down a machine so things were delayed. All was fine once called back but would have appreciated being alerted to delay when I checked in."

"I was late to my appointment because I went to the wrong location but both locations were very gracious about it. When I got to this location I was taken in right away, and the tech was helpful and friendly. Changing rooms were clean, with a lock on the door—no teeny lockers to try and fit your things. It was the 15 min they promised and I was out of there. Would use them again."

"I had an 8:00 appointment today Was to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment. The doors were locked. I stood outside most of the time waiting/freezing. Finally @802 the receptionist arrived. She never acknowledged or apologized for being late. I won’t go back to this unprofessional place again. Everyone should go to SMIL!"
