"Worst customer service ever. Tried calling a couple weeks back. Told me to email him pictures and that he would get back with an estimate. Never got back to me. When I finally called a couple weeks later, he essentially told me to do it myself because it would be too expensive. It was to literally sew a couple of inches of leather on a sofa. Completely unprofessional and am surprised it’s still in business."
