"We recently had a flood in our guest room prompting a tear out followed by new carpets and painting. We decided to finally add a wall bed which we had been considering for several years. We initially went to the Skyline location and met with Kristen who showed us one on display and then came out to our house where she took the measurements and helped us design one that met our needs. The price was very fair and the the mechanism that CC uses for their wall bed is one of the best designs we had seen and I had done my homework ahead of time! We set the date for installation and had several conversations over the ensuing weeks with Meg to make sure everything was on schedule in order to coordinate with the painters and carpet installers. All went smoothly. Right on time Ernesto and Craig arrived and began the installation. It was obvious from the start they were a wonderful team and had been through this type of install before and that was a great feeling. They finished up after lunch and discovered they were missing some parts to finish the door hinges and arranged to get them and were back here within the hour and finished up. They vacuumed up, demonstrated the bed, answered our questions and all in all, it was a great experience. The materials were beautiful and we were delighted with all the aspects of our first California Closets experience. Ernesto and I chatted about CC and he was a wonderful spokesperson for the company and that makes a big difference when the installers are part of the family. Thanks to all!"

"I am extremely pleased with my new master closet designed and installed by California Closets. From the first meeting with designer Cherie Gudanowski to the day of installation, everything ran smoothly and without a hitch. Cherie's design is perfect. My closet is small but somehow Cherie was able to give me lots of space for hanging rods, shelves, and drawers. The ivory finish with brushed nickel handles on the drawers gives the closet a sleek and modern look. Such an improvement over the old closet! Perhaps what I like best about this company is their customer service. Cherie was so professional, available, and helpful. Every time I called or emailed her with a question, she got back to me immediately and addressed my concerns. The scheduling for installation was right on time-- down to the minute. And our installer, Martin, was enthusiastic and hard-working. His goal was to keep the customer happy and he achieved that throughout the installation process. "My home office needed a complete remodel so naturally I enlisted California Closets to help me. Beginning with the in-house consultation with Cherie, the Design Consultant to the installation and after care I have been extremely pleased with the result. Cherie made excellent suggestions as to the overall design, wood finishes (I chose Tuscan Moon from the Tesoro Collection), hardware and utilization of space. A week later, I went to the showroom to look at the different styles, check what Tuscan Moon looked like and examined the hardware. After I approved the plan (including the finish and hardware), the installation date was set. That gave me time to get the office re-carpeted and give away the old furniture. Seven weeks later, Ernie and Dennis arrived to install my new office over a two day period. They were efficient, knowledgeable and skilled. Most important they were on time, called me prior to arrival and updated me on the progress which was much appreciated. After installation, Cherie came back and advised me on several things (shelf pin placement, file height and drawer design). Also, I asked for a minor adjustment to several file drawers. After my request was approved, Dennis picked up the drawers and had them back in two hours. California Closets certainly stands by their product and both the design and installation teams are the best!
