"We went in to shop for couches and received no guest service. We literally had to walk around the store and find someone to help us, mind you there’s 2 employees sitting on recliners having their own conversation, the guy even made eye contact with me but didn’t bother to ask if I needed help. I eventually found an employee, Linda. She was the best employee Sam Levitz had that night and an absolute sweetheart! We were assisted by her and she apologized for the lack of the other employees, her service is the only reason we made a purchase. The lady who worked in the back dealing with paperwork, Nadia was sooo rude. She raised her voice to Linda when she politely asked her to repeat a number, Linda thanked her super professionally and Nadia just walked away from her and ignored her. Overall the service of the employees (besides Linda) was horrible! Just a bunch of young kids who have no sense of customer service or care for the reputation of the company. We were very disappointed with the service."

"I appreciate the price/quality proposition that they represent. The show room on the south side of town I think it's better laid out with a greater selection than there other Tucson locations. I'm general sales people are laid back and helpful, but do expect the pushing of add ons like warranties or accessories that is common at most locations."

"Under no circumstances would I suggest purchasing an item that has to be back ordered. Only go with items that are currently in stock. I purchased an item back in September, it’s now February, and it’s still not here. I receive the same generic statement from the store with each passing month. I’m now being told “late March with possible delays” I’m not sure what the actual order status is at this point. I have 3 stars because, on a positive note, the in stock items I purchased are good quality, and the delivery process was smooth. Once I finally receive everything I’m sure I’ll be satisfied."

"We purchased a chair with premium insurance to complete the set we already purchased from the same store about a year ago (a sofa and the same chair). The chair arrived 2 months late after having to badger them for an update and without the accent pillow the chair comes with. After informing the salesman the order came incomplete, he kept pushing that the item didn't come with the accent pillow (even though we have the exact same chair and know that comes with it) but he let slip the chair we received was actually from their warehouse clearance section and not new from the distributor. As a clearance item, the premium insurance we purchased would be completely invalid if we tried to use it. We got a ridiculous runaround from the sales team to get a refund on the difference in price for clearance instead of new and for the invalid insurance. This was just an overall really bad experience."
