"Sellers beware! Until yesterday, I would have given them a full 5 stars, but now that they have ripped us off, I need everyone to know how we have been treated. When we were forced to sell some furniture, we agreed to their contract which states that any items not sold within 6 months needs to be picked up from the property or Home Style gets to keep the items. At the 6 month deadline, we were told that the only item that had not sold was an adjustable queen bed frame, but that “it was out on the floor, and would sell, so don’t worry about it” Famous last words! When my husband called yesterday to check on its status, we were told that since the deadline had expired, we were no longer entitled to any of the money! A shameful way to treat your customers, especially seniors on a fixed income!"

"Do not consign anything with this company until you have thoroughly read their contract. They can sell your item for what ever they want and will refuse to give you any documentation for what it was sold for other then to tell you that you must trust them and if you don't they told my wife don't do business here. We were shorted over $200.00. The treatment my wife received from Linda was rude and condescending."

"We bought new barstools (3) and a new bench in Late June 2022. The “leather” covers started peeling right off! Called to get some remedy and “John” said “we never sell anything new…you bought used and there are no returns.” These were all new pieces and we told him. He was going to look them up and get back to us. He found our purchase and still claimed they were used when we were find they were new. We are 2 people who take care of our things."
