"WOW! What a pleasant experience at my blood draw today with Debbie! I don't have prominent veins which can be troublesome for me and most phlebotomists, but not Debbie! She took such extraordinary care to talk to me about my concerns, she went out of her way to make me comfortable, she took her time to find my biggest vein BEFORE making the stick and voila - like magic - she had the needle in my arm before I even knew it! BEST blood draw ever! When it's time for more lab work, I will drive out of my way to this location and make sure that Debbie is working that day! Truly an amazing experience! Thank you Debbie! I can truly say you are the best!"
"I had an appointment at Sonora Quest Laboratories in Vistancia in Safeway at 8:30 a.m. on 9/3/2022 (Saturday). I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who asked me a few questions, requested to see my insurance card, and took my bloodwork orders. The tech who did my initial draw was genuinely sweet, personable, and she didn't hurt me with the tourniquet or the blood draws. I'm not an easy draw, so she wasn't able to get much blood from me. They are only allowed to stick you twice, so another tech finished my draw. The second tech was just as sweet, personable, etc. as the first tech. She was able to get all the blood for my bloodwork with just one stick. Monday was a holiday, but I still got my results by 9/7/22, just 4 days following my appointment. The website is user-friendly for making appointments and, also, for looking up test results. I would absolutely use Sonora Quest Laboratories in Vistancia in the future. Thank you!"
"No wait times if you HAVE an appointment. I visit their office 1 time each month and always have an awesome bed side manner. But I also make my appointment via the patient portal to be sure to have a good spot. They make my appointments pure joy! Thanks to all of you"
