"The test process is as expected. It's cold long, and uncomfortable. However the billing aspect of it is terrible. No matter how many times you speak to your insurance company and have SimonMed talk to your insurance company about copays and deductibles SimonMed continues to charge you a deductible that you don't have to pay according to your insurance. Then you have to wait weeks and call numerous people to get a refund. If Simon med would actually just do the work instead of automatically assuming everybody has a copay or deductible they must pay this would save a lot of hassle for not only the patient but the receptionist at the desk collecting the money. This is the second time I've had to deal with getting a refund with Simon med charging me when they're not supposed to"

Then the technician continued the kind and courteous treatment I suffer from claustrophobia but I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep during the MRI. Also while they just started Saturday appointments the website still says they are Closed. And not having hours listed for Saturday I almost blew off the appointment."
