"I will never go back. There was nothing wrong with the technician, but when I tried to ask a simple question, five phone calls resulted in, not reaching anybody beyond the scheduling department. I got a “nobody is available to answer your call” on their complaint line. They obviously didn’t want to talk to me. Fair enough, they will never need to do that again."
